Why Meditate?


Many self-help and spiritual gurus have been advocating forms of meditation for years, from Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer to the Dalai Lama and Eckhart Tolle.



Well-known celebrity meditators include: Hugh Jackman, Clint Eastwood, David Lynch and Heather Graham.



Also, many successful business professionals recommend meditation, including: Siimon Reynolds (advertising), John McGrath (real estate) and Daniel Grollo (property development).



Our lives have become so fast-paced and stressful, that we are finding it increasingly difficult to relax and unwind. Insomnia and anger-management issues are prevalent, as are obesity, drug abuse and

high-blood pressure.



We need to try and find some calm and stillness in our lives to counteract these modern day ailments and meditation is the one of best ways to do this.



Scientific research studies carried out on meditators have shown meditation is considerably more restful than sleep*. Twenty minutes of meditation can be the equivalent of several hours of sleep.



Rest is the product that allows the body to release accumulated stress and fatigue, perform necessary self-repair, healing and restore balance.
