Meditation Courses

The beginner’s meditation course consists of four sessions held over consecutive days.
The course is conducted in person at the Centre in Double Bay.

Courses are conducted in small groups
from Tuesday to Friday as follows:

Tuesday 6.30pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday 6.30pm - 8.00pm
Thursday 6.30pm - 8.00pm
Friday 4.00pm - 5.30pm OR 6.30pm - 8.00pm

In the first session of the course, participants are given instruction in the basic steps of how to meditate.

Over the following three days, the technique is checked and further instruction is given on the mechanics of meditation.  Knowledge is provided on the effects of meditation on the mind and body, and the development of higher states of consciousness.

By the end of the four-day course, participants will have mastered the technique and are able to practice on their own.

A follow-up program of weekly meditation meetings is available to fine-tune your practice and to continue to increase knowledge.
